Method 1: The Classic Sword First, blow up a balloon almost all the way, leaving just a tiny tip. Step 1: Twist the balloon about 8 fingers long. This will be the handle. Today, I’m excited to show you how to create an adorable cat using just one balloon. Materials You’ll Need: One 260 twisting balloon (any color you like!) A balloon pump A permanent marker (for the face) Scissors Step 1: Inflating the Balloon Before inflating, give the balloon a gentle stretch.
